Actualizacion en el Sistema Operativo de Efika!!

Después de algunas pruebas en mi Efika SmartBook con la nueva imagen que podéis descargar aqui, recomiendo a todo el mundo que pueda se actualice .

Right, any of this has any sense, but who cares, we have a clear objective, enjoy this year knowing in advance we have one, our little stand on FOSDEM 2011, before we go to the photos(video on later post as usual) I want to thank all who have visit our stand to wave, both the new ones an those who repeat, thanks to FOSDEM organization, the make us feel like home, thanks to our friends of Hackable Devices to let us that valuable  piece of table, boys and girls on Qi Hardware for crating such wonderful marvels that are   NanoNote , Milkymist  and the next ones to come, to developers of Jlime, to SDGSystems to let us the valuable and powerful Nomad and Yuma and show the world Linux can be secure inside and barely indestructible on outside, also to hundred of people that ask us if NanoNote has Wifi ,why it don't have, and when it will have it, I had miss the count around the 267 but also thank you to them too. Thanks to all followers, costumers, curious, developers, collaborators, family and friends to make us able be there one more time. Photos on inside the post.

Hi, following is an abstract of our livings on FOSDEM2010, I have tried to sort it chronologically but due pics and videos are from different sources,there are more than 150 pics and more than 60 vid and there beer runs like water and as you can notice there, english is not my language, I beg you to forgive me the wrong order, wrong or lack of names and general fails that might be here.

FOSS devices in the Karmic Castanyada (Lleida Ubunty Install party)

Tuxbrain was invited,  by  la comunidad de Ubuntaires to the Karmik chestnuts party(castanyada Karmika) done in   IES Torre Vicens on 7th November, there we do a speach about FOSS friendly devices  and we enjoy a a lot the meeting with good friends, also was the first tests on "real world" of our devices , especial mention to our  Sharp Netwalker  the presentation was done with and from it :)

Using an external monitor with a Sharp Netwalker

Since I have my first ultraportable linux device(hp jornada 680 with Jlime) I always dreamed to not have to carry my laptop to do conferences and workshops, and do them with what I carry on pocket directly but I had no found any solution than fits, until now :)
Here is the steps to make the Sharp Netwalker use an external monitor or a projector:

We include in our catalog the heir of the Sharp Zaurus, Sharp Netwalker PC-Z1 an ultra light netbook with Ubuntu as installed OS , witha a 5'' LED touchscreen, 1024 x 600 pixels resolution, 512 MB RAM, i.MX515 Freescale(ARM8) 800 MHz processor, 4 GB Flash disk, WiFi 802.11 g/b, USB 2.0 and miniUSB ports and up to 10 hours of autonomy
